You can use these videos to help you practice and to remember your kata, though it's probably not a good idea to try to learn kata from these videos. Please take note that these Karate Shotokan kata are performed in the typical JKA-style, which is very popular but may slightly differ from what we practice at Wilcoxen's Family Academy of Martial Arts.
